Juzz Think Marketing Private Limited (“Juzz Think”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, or become an associate, and how we use, share, store and protect it.
This Privacy Policy applies to https://juzzthink.com and to the services we provide through it, including our associate registration, login portal, KYC, and payout processes. By using our website or registering with us, you agree to the practices described here.
We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 together with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
1 Information we collect
We collect information that you give us directly and information we receive automatically when you use the website.
Information you provide
- Contact enquiries: your name, email address, phone number and the message you send through our contact form.
- Associate registration: your full name, postal address, date of birth, gender, photograph, and the details of the sponsor or upline who referred you.
- Account & login: the user ID and password you create for our login portal, and the activity within your account such as orders, team structure, levels and payouts.
- Nominee details: the name and details of any nominee you provide for your account.
Information from other people
Because we operate a direct-selling model, your sponsor or upline may share limited details to refer you, and we may receive transaction confirmations from payment partners.
2 Financial & KYC information
To activate your associate ID, verify your identity, make payouts, and meet legal and tax obligations, we collect information that is treated as sensitive personal data under Indian law:
- Government identity documents such as PAN and Aadhaar (or other accepted ID) for KYC verification.
- Bank account number, IFSC code, and a cancelled cheque or passbook copy for processing payouts and withdrawals.
- GST details, where applicable, and records of your membership fee, earnings, deductions and withdrawals.
We collect this information only for the purposes stated above. We do not use your KYC or banking details for marketing, and we do not sell this data to anyone. Sharing accurate KYC information is a condition for receiving payments to your account.
3 Cookies & automatic data
When you visit the website, our systems may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device details, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, keep the site secure, and understand how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features such as the login portal may not work properly without them.
Some pages embed third-party services — for example, Google Maps on our Contact page — which may set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.
4 How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- Register you as an associate, create and manage your account, and verify your identity through KYC.
- Process your membership, orders, commissions, payouts and withdrawals.
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and services.
- Send you important notices about your account, transactions, and changes to our terms or policies.
- Detect and prevent fraud, misuse and other unlawful activity.
- Comply with applicable laws, including tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.
5 Consent & legal basis
We process your personal data based on the consent you give when you submit a form or register with us, and where processing is necessary to provide the services you ask for or to meet a legal obligation.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer (see section 13). Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer keep your account active or process your payouts, and it does not affect processing already carried out or processing we are legally required to continue.
7 How long we keep it
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide our services. We retain financial, KYC and transaction records for the periods required by tax, accounting and other applicable laws, after which the information is deleted or anonymised.
8 How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. While we work hard to safeguard your data, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login password confidential.
9 Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and ask for a summary of how it is used.
- Request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer required and not subject to a legal retention obligation.
- Withdraw consent and nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance about how your data is handled.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer using the details in section 13. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10 Children
Our website and associate programme are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11 Third-party links
Our website may contain links to other websites and embedded services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be notified through your account or the website. Please review this page periodically.
